Soulivity Travels: CUBA! Pt. 2

Part Two of a whirlwind 48 hours to the land of music, cigars, and amazing people.

My wife and I had a whirlwind 48hrs in Havana. When you step off the plane in Cuba, you quickly understand the creature comforts of the states are behind you as soon as you try to get wifi in the airport.  Honestly, I don't think you should enjoy Cuba any other way, the people and the energy on the Caribbean's largest island are more than enough to make up for any technology you left behind. From our Airbnb host to the beautiful couple who showed us their island, I have nothing but kind words and fond memories. I can't wait to get back so much to see and experience, not to mention the $5 bottles of Havana Club (laugh).

Vintage auto cruising down the famous Malecon…cant get more Cuban than that.

Cuban cigars…need I say more!

Getting a history lesson from Pedro's girlfriend Annamaria; Che happens to be her hero.

The iconic Che Guevara image in Revolution Square.

Pedro our very nice and patient driver. He spoke no English. We spoke very little Spanish. We still had a great time!

The unmistakable building architecture of Havana.

Throughout Havana, you find these peddle taxis. A great way to get around town.
