Time to Exhale

Why wait for a special occasion or retirement or all the excuses we make not to live our best lives? It’s paramount to take time to relax and exhale.
Time to Exhale

Post-COVID, after three years of not traveling internationally, I took a short five day trip to the Mexican Riviera for a dear friend's wedding and to exhale from the rigors of live. The City of Playa del Carmen is magical and deeply connected to its Mayan roots. The locals are beyond inviting, kind, and extremely helpful.

I stayed at the Serenity Hotel Boutique close to the town center and nice beaches.

I think taking a moment to connect with the ocean, centering one's self, and simply inhaling/exhaling deep breaths is the best elixir for a full life. It's paramount to take time to relax and exhale.

So, pack a few stylish looks, swimsuits, sunglasses, sunscreen, and hop on a flight to your favorite island or coastal city around the the world or maybe its a short drive for you, take full advantage of it. Why wait for a special occasion or retirement or all the excuses we make not to live our best lives, if not now, when.
