A study conducted on 42 individuals with carpal tunnel syndrome were asked to perform yoga and were also given a wrist splint. Results showed yoga to be more effective than wrist splinting. A 2005 study portrayed the improved physical conditions and a decrease in body pain of participants who suffered from osteoarthritis.
